My Hot Yoga Experience!

Hi guys!

I tried Hot Yoga for the FIRST time today with my mom and it was AMAZING!
I highly recommend it to ANYONE! Just make sure you HYDRATE before and after the class!!!
Oh and bring a towel to put on top of your mat! You sweat SO much!!!:)
You get such a good feeling during and after!
Try it out!!

Wash it in cold water ALONE and NEVER use fabric softener on it, that's what cause those fluffs!

And let it dry naturally! Do not put them in the drying machine! I don't think it's going to get RID of them but it will stop them from multiplying!

I loved hot yoga, but one of my friends who was with me fainted and fell flat on her face. I was so worried but in the end she was ok!

I LOVE Hot Yoga! Unfortunately, it's really expensive where I live. We pay 15 euro per class, 120 for a 10-class card and 150 for unlimited per month. If I just paid 20 dollars for unlimited per week, I would go every day! It's the only excercise I've ever kept up and ever enjoyed. It's just amazing!
