This Karma moment was suprisingly difficult for me.
I had to think for a few seconds, then went to the closest building, which had the six doctors. I was suprisingly curious to see what'd happen if I saved Trish (well, until now...)
I flippin love this game. Far better than what I'd expected.

I was good for the whole game until this point. Kind of a big "FU" to all my previous heroics, thanks a lot Trish.
