Guild Wars - RtMe Toucher

I was browsing through the super buffs they gave to all the crappy elites in guild wars, when i noticed, consume soul "its a toucher skill" i thought to myself...

so why not spam it like a pesky ranger necromancer!

its the concept of vamperic dmg, not the fact im touching them..

peolpe use the phrase WAY out of context, you might aswell harrass them "Sabway", "Wallway" (Sab will avenge you...?)

Ireland is right. The concept of a toucher is Touch Based skills, or at least melee range. Vampiric doesn't have to do with toucher, except in the sense of Vampiric Touch/Bite. This is just a vampiric spam build.

yes that are only 2 skils, what would you prefer if you want to make a real build what skils?
