You have two options, download nude skins from sites in a clothing format or you can download a patch. There is a cheat...but I can't remember what it is off the top of my head.

Go to the little button where you go to exit but dont click on the door..click on camera options and then somwhere on those options it should say video quality or something like that and click high uncompressed..it might run slow but when you put it into a video its fine.

to take the blur off, load sims2 choose a neighborhood, then go into a lot. then click on the icon that has three dots and click on audio/video option. then choose high quality!!!
