There's also a training book for security or sneaking, I forget which. Just throwing it out there you know, because I found that book much more useful than the storage space or bowls of cabbage...

Once, I accidentally did some illegal shit in front of one of the watch captains (I think it was the brown-blonde guy who replaced Hieronimus Lex) and he chased me into the guild hall. I shot him full of arrows and dumped his body in the lockpick room.
Funnily enough, the legion never got a replacement for him so now, one of the Imperial City districts is now missing a watch captain. :D
