Jr. High Band - Princeton PHS Band of the Future~ 8th Grade

This is their last concert before they join the high school band at Princeton High School in the north eastern Dallas suburb of Princeton, Texas. We have some competitive teams athletically but nobody beats our band!! They rock!! This evening for your pleasure - - The Lion King Suite....

THis was an impromptu concert -- was supposed to be May 22, but the superintendent asked the Band directors to move it to May 2nd hoping to get the attending parents, families, friends to vote there at the High School. On the agenda was a School board election and a Bond package for the schools.

We all hope all exercised the right to vote, many brave men and women have died so we have that right....

Oh my gosh! I was there at that concert! I play in the nonvarsity band, clarinet!!! Did you like our performance too? I was so excited when they played this song, I was waiting for it all niight!!! That really was an amazing concert

wow , sounds very good ! We played this piece in our "brass-band" in Germany and I know it isnt that easy !
