Removed hand controls, handlebars, forks, upper & lower fork brackets. Drilled for a headlight mount in lower fork bracket, removed rear side reflectors, and delivered parts to powder coater.

I've got some footage but thinking about compiling the rebuild with the final mod - so one more episode. Finally picked up the tins 5 days ago but been busy with work so it's been a bit slow. Wheels aren't back yet. Thanks for asking.

Buy them. You can get fairly good quality tools at cheap prices if you look around. Not the sameas Snapon or Kincrome, but good enough for a bit of DIY.

A guy with the user name "Fishboy" at hdforums designed, had it machined, and sold for cost (you'll have to email him if you want to buy one.

Do a search for "Speedo-less upper bar clamp concept".
