Africa 2007 Part 9

Part 9 starts at Walvis Bay around the dunes, and then features a pelagic trip before heading inland across the Tropic of Capricorn on the journey to Sossussvlei.

Species filmed around Walvis Bay include greater flamingo, Cape fur seal, dune lark, greater flamingos again, great white pelican, Cape fur seal again, pomarine skua, lots of Cape fur seals, bottlenose dolphins, a sunfish, great white pelican again, then Cape gull, Cape cormorant, white-breasted cormorant, Cape fur seal yet again, Hartlaub's gull, white-fronted plover, common waxbill, Gray's lark and a sociable weaver colony.
