  • Use looser shirt for speed work. Even with a loose fit shirt the speed is not the same as done raw. Anyways, it is still faster than in ME attempts with a tight shirt.

    The point of using chains is that the weight at lockout is more than the weight at chest level. This way the triceps will be activated more. In this video we obviously don't have enough chains to make any significant difference. At that time those were the only chains we had, and we were just experimenting how to use them.

  • With speed work in a shirt and a lightened method, would you use a looser shirt or is it the same shirt you're using for ME workouts?
