oh okay sorry! well first of that just sucks! I don't know what to say, I could tell you what I would do... take a knife and start to cut it down lower... then just sharpen it again maybe? I'm not too sure.. I never had that problem! :( @lucyxcourtney

I just used a sharpener, I have the one with the small and big hole... just re-sharpen it and you should be fine! :) @lucyxcourtney

Do you sharpen it or do you twist the bottom? because i have no idea to get anymore..HELP! It was like $20 and i only have used the top...so it sort of feels like Im getting ripped off if I cant extend it..

You sharpen it. I use the big side of a double barrel eyeliner sharpener @MelissaLovesStyle
