i was so excited to get perscribed ambien jus to finialy get some good sleep... but i take 4mgs at least of xanax a day, an i think it had a huge cross tolerance thing cause id have to take alot more than perscribed of ambien to have any effect, than the next day id be real depressed an pretty groggy

Ambien has almost an exact 1 for 1 cross tolerance with tamazapam and clanazapam. The only 4 times taken xaxax I took the whole bar and felt nothing because I take ambien. Phenobarbital doesnt do anything to me either but ambien works safe and good enough that I dont plan to find out what my tolerance for barbiturates is. After taking ambien for years i can say it doesnt have a cross tolerance with beer which is suppose to work in a similar way.

No, i do 12 beers and 6-8 benidryl all the time. I dont know if thats completely safe. But it hints to 3 ben being pretty safe.

1-When i said quit drinking it meant cutting drinking to once a week. It seems to sound dishonest looking back on it but i didn't even think to explain this because the cut was so massive that it brought me to an amount regular people drink. If my point was that N and amb help you quit drinking, that isn't at all incorrect or a lie.N steps in for alc to make you feel great in bar and party situations.Amb covers trouble sleeping. 2- that I ever claimed to be an alcoholic. I've drunk most my life with the peak being a 30 pack a day for 2 years but i never tried to pull any alcohol card bullshit. The original problem was mostly digestive and got corrected by a year of the 1ce a week thing. I now drink 1-5 times a week with no problems. Pills did take the place of alc and i never would have cut alc without them.

you need at least 200mg of trazodone for a good sedative effect, you can rise this to 400mg or even 600mg, but you'll never be completely awake the day after, diphenhydramine or gabapentin will potentialize it when needed

On doxylamine, the toxic dose is not 50mg, it's 50-500mg per kg of your weight. If you weigh 200 pounds, that is 90.7184 kg. If you had 50mg/kg that would be 4535.92mg.

no the first is weed the secend is opium. the one that works the best is actuley Flunitrazepam also none as a roofie but you wake up not noing you went to sleep. also you can try zaleplon. i my self swich between lunesta and lorazepam every couple days and sometimes i use benadril.
