I used to live a couple of blocks from the Brady Bunch house, so I know what's shown in this video is correct. As for the rest I have no idea.

Actually, Jerry's apartment building ("Seinfeld") isn't in NYC at all. It's at 757 New Hampshire Ave (just south of Wilshire Blvd) in L.A.

Yeah, I remember that entire court house square caught on fire in the mid 90's. So alot isn't the 'actual' same one that is displayed in the movie. The clock tower was part of the casualties.
Then last year again, the rebuilt version burned down.
