QWTF is free to play, go download fuhquake or ezquake, if you want an even simpler download get zeltf. games every saturday.

Oh btw... How similar is this in layout to the TF2 version? (or I think it'd be more respectable to ash how similar is the TF2 version to this on general layout?)
-
Amazing.. I play TF2 and wish I had QWTF....

@TheSzakara I remember that! I randomly start remembering people's handle's too. .bTk. Jekill, .bTk. Gmankuza, [SK]W1ck3D, [SK]Kl3pto or Klepto, etc. I was only 12 years old at the time - crazy!

@AMChrisRose Damn BTK is oldschool. I remember [BTK]Sharpsh00ter being an awesome sniper. For the first few months of the game I was simply 'unnamed' because I didn't even know how to toggle the console. I also used the PageUp and PageDown keys to snipe because I hadn't discovered +mlook yet. I was Joe-1 originally, then Sphoon.
I can remember the IP of "Your Mom's MegaTF Quake Server."
12.11.0.238
Great virtual memories.

I remember all sorts of these names that are coming up in comments! I was [BTK]Sniper321 or [BTK]EklipZ or [BTK]JuGGaMaSTa

OMG I'm so glad someone posted the old TF! I was in a clan called BTK back then! I remember the lag, the pixelation, everything you said! I remember being in the lead during games and connection cutting out, the whole nine yards! Excellent video!

@fuzzalicious was the deal back then...if you had a computer, it'd work, or was it something you had to get a relatively powerful pc for?

@swagbucksmaster360
it'd run, the problem at the time was Internet, having a dial up of 28.8 you would usually have a ping of 400ms+ which means a 0.4 second delay between pressing a button and having it perform.
