Anchoring back foot against wall to facilitate grounding action in triangle & rotated triangle. Straddle press handstand to splits against the wall, intense chest opener & splits from unconventional perspective using foot on adjacent wall as leverage, hanumanasana splits against the wall, straddle splits on floor with wall as guide & chest to floor.
Home yoga practice by self motivated student, not yoga perfect. Sequence choregraphed on the fly. AudioSwap was not my preference but that's the way it goes sometimes...

  • can you upload some videos for exercise the middle split? plz

  • @mjlg19

i have 'lost' my middle split since i stopped practicing it months ago.

perhaps i'll try working on sum straddle stretching splits again *new year resolution* on cam again so you see...

    can see

  • When did you begin to do splits? Is it ever too late to train for splits? I have a question about the middle splits: How can I focus on relaxing my muscles and go further to get the full flat? If you taught yoga classes, I would flock to take them. Your work is amazing! Much respect.

  • @TheAutumnWinter

Never too late to start training, the younger the better, i had straddle split at age 12 but quit training at 18, restarted again at age 47 now 10 years later & regained ability somewhat.

Try PNF technique to speed up flexibility results & consistent yin holding practice several times daily X7 days week

search gymnastics training techniques for straddle box front splits for good info, good luck!

  • Just watched this and the music was some country blues gubbins, which was really cool... as was this sequence.

  • @mungodesigns

Just so happened my creative juices were flowing when camera turned on this time.

Thanks much for viewing & posting!
