Congratulations Kruno !! ...Seen here accepting the award for Kruno is Zoran Stilin. The award is presented to Zoran by VMAAI President Alan Copeland and Vice President of VMAAI Raymond Leicht. I will be adding more info to this area as it becomes available. Overall the 2011 convention was a huge sucess and the members attending were having a very nice time...and learning and sharing many of their very own Violin/Fiddle making skills. Congratulations and 'THANKS' also go out to all the Association members and Wives who donated their time and talents to make it all come together. A BIG 'THANK YOU' also goes out to the Competition Judges: Michael Fan, Joseph Pagan, Holly Schurr, & Theodore Buchholz...Your skills and imput were Tremendously appreciated!! One last BIG 'THANK YOU' goes out to Christopher Germain who graciously donated his time and expertise and traveled all the way to Tuscon from Philadelphia, Pa. to be the Competition Workmanship and Varnish Judge. Chris also gave a class that was well attended and much appreciated by all the members. I will be posting more videos of the convention, competition rounds, and classes as I get them edited and ready for posting here on you tube....watch for them soon !
