Shot and edited entirely on the iPhone 4. Each clip has been processed with various Cinema FX for Video filters. I assembled these in ReelDirector, then imported the whole thing back into Cinema FX and applied the 8mm filter. Then I used iMovie (for the iPhone) to add these two clips together and put on the music track. The quality suffers from going through so many generations, I'm sure.
It was notable that rendering from Cinema FX and ReelDirector took a considerable amount of time. I think the project export from RD took over an hour and about a quarter of my battery. This isn't something I'd like to do without a charging point nearby! iMovie is *much* quicker to render.
I think the CFX filters are really nice, but you'll need to experiment a bit. Even a little of the noise filter is pretty strong, and although you can fade the 8mm border effect I think it looks much better completely opaque.
Is CinemaFXV able to render movies in the background, basically is it one the apps that has background task finishing?

@YoungHahlem88 Good question. It couldn't when I filmed this. The last update claimed to have sped up processing time considerably, but I haven't used it recently.
