Contiki is CRAP, its all about taking you to places where COntiki gets a massive kickback, you stay in shit accomodation, when you make complaints, management screw you around and play games with you. Best advice is NEVER EVER go with Contiki! their a ripoff and there are many other companies that do a better Job. Contiki is no longer the great litte company built on good times and an explorers soul. It got sold to money hungry slugs who rip customers off. STAY AWAY.

mate i did just that, its a must do, probably go solo or wif one mate, i went solo and looking back its the best way, however if u wanna travel after the tour, bring a mate, coz u'll make friends but if ur moving around a heap they cant always be wif u, so it just gets a lil lonely sometimes. do it. do it
