It was 7am, SEVEN IN THE MORNING and this van with huge speakers came driving through my small town. It is the loudest thing I have ever heard. It happens all the time in Japan. The reason there are no guns in Japan is if there were someone would shoot the speakers off this truck.

  • They are saying the candidates name, then you might hear "arigatou gozaimasu" which is a polite "thank you", finally when the van is in the shot near the end you'll hear "onegai itashimasu", which is a really polite "please, pretty please".
