@rbd7 ---I KNOW! This could possibly have been prevented. I read that he had a record as a sex offender and he was on parole. Need way tougher laws. Why should innocent children pay with their LIVES to keep these scum alive and on our streets, free? Makes no sense. These offenders always do it again, too.....

I don't get why they register this monsters as sex offenders, and they just leave them out there in the loose so they can kill and harm innocent people, why not register them and sent them to jail or give them the dead sentence, so we can at least worry less about who is going to hurt us or our children, something needs to be done, even though is already too late for all the lives we have lost but lets worry about our tomorrow.
