  • Capoeira exercises ........

  • @bluefishbrad Bodyweight exercises, influenced by many different disciplines. Thanks for the comment

  • This is a complete copy of the Yamakasi's style of conditioning, which they have used for close to twenty years now... seriously guys, don't pay money for this... just start doing parkour the way it's done by the founders.

  • @LittleQelo Actually animal movements have been used for health and vitality for literally thousands of years and seen in almost every movement based discipline. I wasn't the first and unfortunately either were the Yamakasis. I did however create this program that has been used to benefit everyone from professional athletes, rehab patients, to those effected by Multiple Sclerosis. And as much as I love parkour, I think it's okay for others to benefit from this program as well. Peace

  • It looks good, certainly less boring, includes full body movements, but I don't see many animals walking upside on the their backs. Interesting stuff.

  • @mikecazzx Haha, true but the movements in the Animal Flow are inspired by both the actual movements of Animals as well as using switches and transitions similar to what you would see in brake dancing or dance. I also have never seen a breakdancing animal.....yet.

  • almost identical to Ginastica Natural

  • Please, no one pay for this it's like easy warm-ups we do in Capoeira except less scientific. Absolute crap.

  • It's also like Capoeira for the mentally challenged.

  • @gbodyweighttraining I agree, but i don't think anyone should be making money on these movements... and to me it felt like you were trying to "sell" a product. However I might've misunderstood your message if this is not the case.

Keep it clean, keep it simpel. :D

  • @komeomeo70 Yes animal movements and flows are used in many different disciplines so you will notice some similarities as well as lots of new movements and techniques
