  • Bahaha! "Drink less..". Thank you for putting it so simply! That's the honest to God truth! The only times I eat late at night are the times I drink! Now to come up with the right words so my friends won't harrass me bc I'm not drinking...

  • haha the best part is: u can flat out lie to ur friends about why ur not drinking that night:

    -i went out too hard last night, dudes!

    -i think i'm getting sick

    -i ate too much and dont wanna waste time drinking when i dont think i'll get drunk!

    -i'm probably pregnant with your baby!

    ---my favorite--- and the most blasphemous one: pour out some beer when u go to the bathroom! it's not a crime! at a college party, it's not such a big deal but when ur buying drinks at the bar...it gets expensive...

  • Very good video. I'm a masters student in mental health psych, my anxiety levels go high when exams and papers are due. This semester is not so bad

  • WOW!! you must really like noodles. I have a very skinny wife. She and the kids have tons of junk food in the pantry. I put my healthy crackers right in the middle of it all. I love to stare danger right in the face.

  • Remove the food - great idea. We had a plastic pumpkin filled w/left-over candy sitting in our living room. I put the candy in a closet - out of sight, out of mind - and I'm no longer craving it.

  • yeah, drink less is def a good lesson to learn. lol

  • mm mozzarella sticks, i hate you i used to eat them alot now i want them again :P

    I've been drinking alot of water to try and fight cravings. And i also try to do a tapping technique if i have a really strong craving.

    I am usually pretty bad at fighting cravings though and tend to just eat what i feel like eating, and I emotionaly eat so I do something to make myself feel good.

  • you always say exactly what i need to hear exactly when i need to hear it! Focusing on cravings is such a good idea, i'm definitely going to try that.
