Cool, I love all of those... Well I wonder about water lettuce, I had a whole pond full of them, I just didn't know what to do with them. They were like fantasia with the broomstick just dividing and dividing forever...

The ones that spring to mind are N.Aquaticum (Water cress), V.Beccabunga (Brooklime) - leaves of above. T.Latifolia (Reedmace) - Roots and I.Glandulifera (Himalayan balsam) - ripe seed pods. There ae bound to be more I've forgotten, but I'll vid them.

Well, water lettuce just looks like lettuce. I don't think you can eat it! At least, I wouldn't... but I think hippos do.

There are some edible aquatic plants that are hardy in England, I'll do a video on them and post it back in the future. Keep it up.
