As someone whose staple is apples, I am grateful for this film. I truly eat more apple than any other food.
I only buy organic and/or local apples. And when I get organic, I try to always get them from the US.
I am a strong believer in small scale sustainable agriculture. Thanks for posting this trailer and doing your part to heal our relationship with food.

None of these comments seem to understand that this is a documentary about agriculture and they seem to think that watching people get smashed up is a worthwhile endeavour. I find it a sad prospect that one day these people would be in any sort of a position of authority.

I'm purchasing this DVD for my Father. I saw it on The Documentary Channel, and it is great! My Father, his brother and father are all apple growers in Michigan. I can very easily relate to the plight of the small farmer. A truly insightful, hopeful documentary - well done! ~Jon
