Back when D&D celebrated it's 30th Anniversary, our local TV station did a little story on the local gaming scene.

  • Can someone tell me where that DnD store is. This would be nice to know if that store had a website

  • @MrMack1376 The store in question was called "Robin Goodfellow" and sadly is out of business. There are a couple of gaming stores in Duluth that are still open. Collector's Connection and the other is Dragon Port Games I believe.

  • @harveydents First off, way to go in representing your hobby to the general public, dude. Nice manners. Bad enough that most people think gamers are social rejects and losers, now we have people like you adding "rude" to that list. Stay classy. Second, get your own terms right, it's 'Dungeon Master,' two words. And third, remember who this story is for, the general public. A term like Game Master is easier to understand than Dungeon Master.

  • i can't believe how positive this news piece was. It seems like yesterday when DnD was some type of satanic game for the youth.

  • Like the fact they included a pastor in the story. Yes Christians do play D&D.

  • He is leading them through a "round" of Dungeons & Dragons.

She should have had a gamer coach her on her language first.

  • Elves, Wizards and DORKS! AMMIRITE GUYS

  • @OboeCop True, dungeon master does sound awfully dark and kinky. We don't want another 'satanic panic' on our hands. Thank goodness for progression.

  • Why do people have to be so rude on Youtube, maybe they should shut it down if people are going to be so abusive.

  • That was a great piece. It's nice to see D&D portrayed in a more positive way.
