"…aspire them to celebrate."
Aspire is an intransitive verb, and you don't do that to people.

The Soviets won the race to space, but they lost the "space race," which was a race to the moon.
The USSR fell because the Russian people felt suppressed by the ruling class, and the rest of the USSR felt suppressed by the Russians. Furthermore, the USSR thinned out their army and spent all their money by getting into too many wars, especially in the Middle East and Afghanistan, and by putting too much treasure into the military.
(Anyone else see parallels today in the USA?)

@AntitheistPOV In most cases I'm disappointed to say I agree with that, but occasionally I do like to engage theists in hopes that they'll uncover a different intellectual area in the conversation, instead of threats of hell and unreasonable scripture. Sometimes people surprise you, so far I've been surprised a lot but nothing I haven't been able to learn more about and use reason to continue with my current position of Agnostic Atheism.

I only reply to this stuff because I work nights and it keeps me from getting bored.
If I want an intelligent conversation, a Christian is the last place I'd look.

@AntitheistPOV I think you mean "bashING" :/ You're both trying to say it means one thing and you're both wrong. Bible bashing could be literally bashing the bible as in making fun of it, which I do often. Or it could mean figuratively using it to "bash" over peoples heads as in bible-belt freaks. Either way, you guys are letting grammar take the focus of a conversation that could be intelligent based on your other responses, instead taking the equivalent of making fun of a typo.

@AntitheistPOV Bible....Noun, true.
But "basher" is also a noun (NOT A VERB) denoting a person who is engaged in the act of bashing. Look it up in a dictionary if you don't believe me. In the term "Bible basher", "Bible" is used as a modifier of "basher" to denote the type of basher. Just as a "gay basher" uses the term "gay" to denote one who bashes gays. No wonder you and Yunk are so perplexed by the "SpudNut" concept. The simple mechanics of grammar seem beyond your comprehension.

Bible. Noun.
Basher. Verb.
To bash somebody with your Bible.
Have you really spent your whole life believing that people call obnoxious Christians "Bible Bashers", meaning that the Christian is attacking the Bible?
Wow.
Maybe she thinks "WTF" means Weapons of Mass Destruction ???
