  • We raise chickens too. Have you ever tried to peal an extremely fresh egg?!? Ah, its aweful!!! If we plan to boil any, we let them age in the fridge for a couple weeks first. :) Great recipe!! I cant wait to try it!

  • @Stormclouds777 I know - that's so funny that you have to let them age first. Enjoy the recipe!

  • Boil the eggs for about 6-9 min otherwise they can get rubbery after baking. The main purpose of cooling the boiled egg is to stop the yolks from turning grey at the edges. Run in cold water immediately after boiling until they are really cold and not warm. To prevent splitting, roll out a pattty about 1/4 inch thick and about twice the short diameter of the egg. Fold up the patty around the egg and pinch edges together to get a uniform thickness which should prevent splitting/

  • When you cut it, it split up in meat and egg seperately !!!

    That a NO NO !

  • @LWDNKUMUS Sounds like you answered your own question....

  • @Crriisstiiaann Hi Cristian - Wow, what a nice note. I'm glad to hear you enjoy our work. I've always wanted to visit Uruguay - tell me how you like it..
