Terwachallenge with 40 kg kettlebell. Six minutes workout, OAJ 1/1 min, snatch 1/1 min and OALC 1/1 min without a break. This is my first time with this kettlebell, felt ok. I did 12/12 reps on OAJ, 12/10 reps on snatch and 7/7 reps on OALC.
