if you do not have a cnc lathe you can do it with a VMC. the insert is 10mm diameter round insert (SECO). secotools

  • @alsbvn Most inserts life will be shorter if you use cooling because of the temp changes.

  • @isaacHunt2 Use a coolant with 10% oil and good quality insert for this use (FM 30,Fm 40 alternativ) in my job .

    Very long life tools,my series in F 51.F55,F 53,Inconel 718,Inconel 625.,

    Milling dry Aisi 316,and 304 ,series 100 piece and other.
