I've already been taught this in school, but some how it's just a million times more interesting when explained by Hank.

Wich forces are related when you dope a piece o sylicon to make a diode or a CMOS, this should cover the better understanding about the technological explosion about the 30 or more past years, from valves to semi-conductors, this should be interesting

It is a physical thing, just not one you can percieve directly with your main senses, what I described is just my way of understanding how it works, or at least how it was explained to work. Remember, magnetic fields are caused by moving charges. Most magnets are electrons spinning in an oriented way, look or watch any explanation of a coil's magnetic field, which indicates why the field lines point and go the way we see dipoles.

I've always thought of magnetism and electrostatic as two parts of the same thing... I don't understand how you could see it much differently....
