to succeed and live a good life one must visualize...and what one visualizes must bring the feelings of joy and confidence....
visualize means seeing something happens and unfold in your mind....something about your life, other people's lives, and what happen in this world....
What we see in our visualization tends to bring its related events to our life...it is a good idea to visualize our day before it happens...and see good things happen first in our mind....
Most people go into the day, attend the meetings, or enter important competitions see lousy things happen...that is also visualization...
But rather than accepting those unpleasant results as something to happen...we can visualize again until we can see great and inspiring things actually happen ....and with our feeling feels good....
We must stop having fears about the chances that we will get disappointed...if we believe great things will happen...
We must have faith in seeing great and wonderful results...this is the shaping power in itself....
We must build our trust and confidence in creative visualization first....by keep practicing it everyday and night....before we can enjoy its fruits....
One of the best way to do this is to write things down first...write down a good story about how your day will unfold...rehearse it by saying it out loud so you can actually hear with your ears...then see with your mind's eyes those wonderful things you have said to yourself....
Do this until you feel good and establish firm confidence that today is going to be another wonderful day....then go into the day doing everything the best you can....
If you can do this everyday...even when sometimes things did not turn out as well as you have visualized...I can guarantee remarkable improvements of your life in the long run....
