actualy there are only two parts so yeah because this came out in japan and it was released with a comic thats what the cartoon was based on and it also came with a toy

Robot Masters was a japanese toyline, there's a line where you hear that they're in New York but you can clearly see Tokyo Tower...so yes it's japanese and redubbed into english. They weren't there to really redubb it with original voices.

Are the Megatrons destroyed?

No. I read somewhere Rebirth Megatrons his toy was remodeled from Hero Megatron, while Megastorms toy was recolored from G2 Megatron.
