I don't get it? When I play the video its only 9 seconds long! Do I need to change a setting to view it correctly?

change 360p to 240p at bottom of player and it will play correct

On the rt side where you click the video to play you will see 360 . Change that number to 240 and you will be ok .

Guys I don't know what happened to the videos, if you pause the video and right click on it you can report that it is playing to fast, if enough people do a report maybe youtube will fix it.
