In north america, this will never happen.

Not because we won't see austerity in the extreme. Not because the government won't take from us everything they can. Not because taxes will not soar.

But because they've trained us far better, they've taught so many of us that to love our country, we must love our state... The hidden ideal of those they call 'neocons'.

I see a lot of coverage for this event in Greece by the foreign media and for this we are thankful. BUT, what the foreign media don't mention that is very important is what the guy said according to all the witnesses before he pulled the trigger:

"So that my children don't inherit my debts"

The poor man shot the wrong person. He didn't cause the problem, he shouldn't have killed himself; they harmed him, he didn't harm anyone. He aimed the wrong direction. Why would I kill myself when someone did me harm; why would I do myself double harm.
