it would take only a moment for President Obama to pick up the phone and tell Sec. Gates "As Commander and Chief, I am instructing you to cease all dont-ask-dont-tell related firing while the congress disposes of legislation."
Bloomberg is right, not enough has been done by Obama.

Winner: Bloomberg.
While Obama has made lots of great speeches, he's done very little actually for LGBT rights, when compared to what he actually could have done quickly and easily.
