We have talking snakes now, there called lawyers and politicians.
I see this as metaphoric language because Satan is described as having the characteristics of a serpent. Altho it could have been an actual serpent, we really don't know what snakes were like before the fall and we have animals that can make out words now in modern days. A possession of such as animal by Satan is not far fetched.

The Bible says God cannot lie, for instance. Therefor He does not have the choice to lie.
Why do you think nuclear physics is so complex? Is it because it is the work of a very creative mind? Bible says only God can pay for sins, I'm just applying scientifically informed intuition to the creation scenario & It looks to me that anything that is not God must fall short, i.e. sin. The choices would be: don't create anything; or create something that would have to be saved. Rocket science?

hmmm, your "theory" is more like a "assumption" based on your personal beliefs. The Andromeda galaxy is 2.5 million light-years away, that means, when someone is looking at it from earth, you are actually seeing that galaxy as it was 2.5 million years ago. So I seriously doubt the earth is only 6000 years old.
