President Obama abandoned his campaign promise to renegotiate NAFTA and is continuing the SPP working groups. His apparent contempt for American patriotism and admiration for America's enemies gives further cause for alarm. The "godfather" of the NAU, Robert Pastor stated in August 2009 that 2010 will be the year Obama and the Mexican and Canadian leaders proclaim the "grand vision for North America."

Write and call your Senators and Congressmen, urging them to oppose all efforts to continue the SPP, merge the nations, create the Amero or other U.N./non-American currency, stop the NAFTA Superhighway, and secure our borders.

This Conservative Roundtable interview of Jerome Corsi by Howard Phillips reveals how behind closed doors, the US government collaborates with the governments of Mexico and Canada to merge the three nations into one Socialist mega-state: the "North American Union" (NAU), also known as the "Security and Prosperity Partnership" (SPP). Freedom and our Constitution will have no place in this grim Orwellian future. The Dollar will be scrapped for the "Amero" formed by including Mexican and Canadian currencies (or a global currency led by Red China, Russia and Venezuela) and Socialist economic policies.

There will be no First and Second Amendments and no limit on the power of government. This is following the exact same path as merging Europe into the EU; abandoning sovereignty for Socialist conformity, and assigning convenience a far higher priority than freedom. The leaders of the US, Mexico and Canada meet every year in secret summits: 2009 in Guadalajara Mexico, 2008 in New Orleans, & 2007 in Montebello Canada; each time advancing the cause of surrendering the nation our founding fathers built to secure our freedom.

Behind the scenes, the shadow government bureaucrats and corporate profiteers meet in "working groups" including the National Competitiveness Council (NACC), SPP, and other entities to incrementally "integrate" and "harmonize" the US with Mexico and Canada in the direction of the European Union.

One of the prime architects of the NAU, Robert Pastor, has discussed how another 9/11 crisis could be used to force through the merger--in other words, you and even Congress won't even have a voice in this outrageous surrender of our country--unless we all act NOW to have Congress outlaw any Presidential actions which would lead to such a merger of our nations in any way.

Could the current financial crisis be intended to create the emergency to dissolve our nation and the Dollar?

Canadian citizens would lose their independence as well to their southern neighbors under the NAU - in Canada the scheme is known as "Deep Integration." America's former borders would be wide open to drug smuggling and terrorists. Mexico could suffer a catastrophic brain-and-labor-drain as all Mexican citizens by right could move to the U.S. & Canada. Leaders in both major U.S. parties as well as the ruling parties in Mexico and Canada are determined to wipe out your freedom, unless you act now. This is why Obama refuses to secure the border--he wants to abolish it!

The NAFTA Superhighway/Trans Texas Corridor (TTC) is being built as part of the NAU to serve the Chinese so they can unload ships using cheaper Mexican dockworkers and use Mexican trucks and trains instead of American port workers and American trucks/trains.

This will absolutely happen, it is inevitable. It will and must happen in order for the New World Order to come into play. When the world is united as one world government, religion and Monetary system, then all will come into play for the greatest horror this world has ever known, the Anti-Christ will come in peace but will virtually destroy the entire human race. Are you saying everytime countries decide to unite, each must have all of the same standards? If this is always so, why did Massachusetts legalized gay marriage while Texas criminalized it? Look, if the Eastern Europeans are opposed to what the western countries stand, then they should be speaking up in the EU parliament or maybe they need to CHANGE the EU constitution permitting states' rights, like we have here.

NAU would end our Constitutional Republic and 200+ years of independence. Not worth sacrificing everything our Founding Fathers and millions of Americans fought to defend to just "better compete" against Socialist regional "unions". America led the world by being the best at everything. We lost our jobs, economy and future when we abandoned that for treaties that put Chinese/3rd world sweatshop labor into direct competition with middle class US jobs--we are heading to 3rd world status.

you can't compare those two. The title of President in Europe does not mean supreme leader (with the exception of France which has a presidential system as the US). President in Europe means more a representative. No panic.

Goodbye to 1st Amend. 2nd Amend, 5th Amend, 9th and 10th Amend etc.

Unelected super-national bureaucrats would dictate our "rights," Fed, state, local govts would have little role as in EU today where 60+% of ALL laws are set on EU level not national/state/local.

NAU is sold as merely economic cooperation but it's political control & foreigners creating a police state and stripping US of everything that makes us free and special.

Here's one reason why NAU is fatal to the USA. Freedom. The EU is approving the Lisbon Treaty to formally strip sovereignty from member nations. Centuries of established rights, constitutions & national control scrapped in favor of a bureaucratic Socialized super-govt.

Plans for NAU are following the exact path as in EU, our Constitution would similarly be supplanted with a Socialized lawyer-type document where our cherished rights in the Constitution & Bill of Rights would not exist.
