Thanks for the phonic vid. I actually love the chasing vid. Alex has an older bro and we are looking forward to "chase" in our house!

What a great skill Alex is developing. I have used this skill with many children over the years to 1) teach language 2) support appropriate social behavior 3) teach reading 4) teach new cognitive skills, like humor. I would start writing to Alex. Write what is for breakfast, and then bring it out. Write where you are going, and then go. Write down when you are going to kiss his sweet face (Mommy kisses Alex) and then kiss him. I will be watching here to see what happen next. tahirihrose

Thank you for the ideas. We are looking for ways to help Alex learn via this newly discovered ability. I appreciate any ideas you have regarding fostering academic and social appreciation, using his newly discovered ability to form long words. Thanks and love, LBP.
