  • Guys, i wouldnt say it is a slow motion that helps build muscle. Its just a combination of very strict diet, mental focus and lots of training. Yes, if you intentionally focus on squeezing the muscle while training it, you ll only benefit.

  • @EricB042389 looks like he uses slow controlled movements in his excercises. look at his other lifting vids. he's not using heavy weight but doing it with control. maybe it's just for the video.

  • Hmm.... at 200 lbs 6% body fat....my back still doesn't look like that. What is your approach? High repetitions? Long eccentric actions? Isometric holds? Squeezing of the muscles being worked? I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thank you
