A D12-5 static test in slow motion with great sound. Watch the igniter; it stays intact for a moment after motor ignition. Be sure to see all the brainykidsdirect videos. All these videos are available in higher resolution at brainykidsdirect.com.

  • Nice video, good angle....plain cool!

  • i had one of these in my big estes model rocket

under the pading where the other side of the engine is i put black powder and a bootlegger XD

yea the rocket went out with a bang and flames lol

    i definetly recomend it :)

  • im gonna use this (almost twice as big as the ones im using now) as my "retirement" launch and it is gonna have a firecracker or two or five, that are activated by the ejection charge.

  • yeah natural but not desired

  • @rcfreak2493 its natural the trocket nozzle burns out as it burns reducing thrust into the air

  • @logic2reason actually not your incorrect 12 is newtons and 12 newtons is about 3 pounds of thrust and 5 seconds for the parachute pops out
