I happened to overhear the Japanese-born pianist Takashi when he was practicing one afternoon at the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn,NY.
It was heavenly! I didn't have a video camera to record his artful fingerwork on the Steinway grand, but here are some still shots. Best of all, you can eavesdrop on his practice session by listening to the audiotape.
It's of Rachmaninoff's "Moment Musical" in E minor, op.16.
