This almost happened to a friend of mine who was renting. Luckily the bank did send information to the place she was renting.

This Sheriff deserves a medal for standing up to a system that is enforcing laws that no one has a say in, laws that are used as weapons against the public. Laws were supposed to protect people now they are used to oppress, discriminate and incriminate innocent people.

I've seen it around here, time and time again. People buy a home and rent it out the next day.
But I have even seen where they are foreclosed, everyone evicted. Then the ex-homeowner go in, change the locks and rerent the home to someone else. Have the banks go through the evictions proess all over again.
