We are pleased to introduce a series of tutorial videos that illustrate the use and maintenance of Sutter Instrument's products. The first set of videos covers the P-2000 Laser-based Micropipette Puller.

In this video, host Jan Dolzer demonstrates pulling a patch pipette with sample program #1 using Sutter Instrument quartz glass capillaries Q100-50-10. The two-line sample program yields a short-tapered patch pipette with an opening of about 1 micron. Subsequent tutorial videos, which show the effect of changes in individual parameters will use this scenario as a reference.

Check back often for new videos, as the tutorial series will be completed and extended over time. If you need technical support or would like to receive a copy of this video, please go to http://www.sutter.com or give us a call at +1 415-883-0128.
