So quick and easy, just 3 steps!
Here's how to make meatballs...so quick & healthy!
1 Pound ground turkey (or beef if you like, I'm just keeping it healthy!)
1 Package Rice A Roni (I'm using Whole Grain Roasted Garlic)
1 Egg
11/2 -- 2 Cups of your favorite Pasta Sauce
Muffin Tins
1 Tbs. Olive Oil

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees then mix the turkey, rice, special seasoning pack, the egg and 1 tbs. pasta sauce in a bowl and then form into balls.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and when hot, add the meat and cook just to brown. Then put in the muffin tins and top with 1-2 spoonfuls of the pasta sauce. That's it, just cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs are cooked and the sauce is nice and bubbly! Healthy, tasty and sooo Rice A Meaty good!

  • Although she has a youthful look to her, I'm guessing she would have to be around 30-33 in order to remember the old Rice-A-Roni jingle from the early-mid 1980s. It's the San Fransico treat! (Ding ding).
