Breed Specific Discrimination

Breed-specific legislation (BSL) is spreading like a cancer from one community to the next. Denver, Miami and the Canadian province of Ontario are forcing residents to hand over their beloved and innocent family members for unjustified euthanasia, else they must move from their homes...or stay to become criminals to protect the ones they love. Oklahoma, California, and other locales are currently considering similar breed specific bans and/or discrimination. In response, guardians of Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, and more, have posted their feelings to the website, www.sorryagain.com, in protest of the slaughter of innocent dogs and the unconstitutional laws destroying their families. When i take my rottweiler to the park and play ball with him, people actually come up to me and complain, saying that it isnt safe to have a rott in public,as if they know more about my dog than i do.

i am SO against BSL,Ive had the local council and RSPCA come to my house with complaints of owning a pit bull because of the shape of his head and his muscular frame which he inherited from the American Staffy in him, when hes a crossbreed of Boxer, Rhodesian Ridgeback and American Staffordshire Terrier, they left us alone when my dad told them he was registered in the system.

Showed that old geezer of a neighbor, should of seen the look on HIS face when I took my dog out for a walk the next day

When I meet powerful breeds I love to ask the owners if I can pet them. Lord knows they've been shunned like the plague. I've owned a Shepherd, Mastiff, and now a Doberman. There's nothing wrong with my furkids. What's wrong with YOU?

@m1shadow Well 16 and half years actually. Thought she was gonna live for ever! even at 14 she thought she was a pup. I kept her as with all my dogs on a frozen BARF diet, defrosted before dinner time of course. Not sure if her being round all the other animals keeping her active made her stay healthy aswell. my other cross breeds lived to be 15 and 16 too but my Bullmastiff only lived to be 10 though. I think if you stick to natural diet you cant go wrong really.

@m1shadow Same with my dogs!!! My pitbul which I had for 16 years was a happy lunatic with other dogs she just wanted to play all day. Its how you raise them, you are so right there!!!!

QUESTION! 1000s of people die on the road each year because of lunatic drivers! Do we ban all drivers, in the wrong hands cars and trucks are lethal killing machines! RIGHT??? Same old same old! I would never give my dogs up no matter what stupid laws they bring in. My dogs are inocent! They not gonna harm any one! All you people out there that love your dogs! you need to stand up to the ***holes who give them a bad name! BAD SCUMMY OWNERS = BAD DOGS/ GOOD OWNERS = GOOD DOGS!
