This is a small compressed air engine i made completely from scratch in a metal technology class im taking. The bore is about .75 inches and the stroke is about .600 inches with 2 inch diameter flywheels. It is made completely from aluminum except the solid one-piece steel crankshaft and the brass wrist pin in the piston. It is made from the plans designed by Chuck Fellows. It took me a couple months to complete and many trial and errors. This is the first run of the engine. It is running on roughly 75psi (wayy more than wat it should be running on) because there was no pressure regulator on the schools air line hook-ups. More vids of it running (on a lower air pressure of course) coming soon.
