to all who dont know: you are dehydrated if your urine is any color than clear. if its clear that means ur hydrated any other like yellow means ur dehydrated, if tis red well goto hospital cause it should not be that color

What do you mean by down chug down the water? try not to drink as much? I think ill try the more excersice one since im already on tablets for my acne

@Anthony83090 not necessarilly true, clear urine just means more water in your urine, you can drink a gallon of water and an hour later you pee clear. but that does not mean your body has absorbed enough

@Anthony83090 no if your urine is very very dark yellow then you need more water, if your urine is clear that means that your drinking to much water and you are actually urinating out vitamin and or minerals

if all else fails, as your doctor or dermatologist for an antibiotic. i was on a strong wone for other reasons and my face got a little better so they ordered doxycicline but i was supposed ot take it for 3 months and wasn't willing to have them make me feel gross for that long.

when you switch a cleanser or acne cream, your face may get worse for a bit. it's b/c the creams are going deep into your pores and bringing out the bacteria which will cause (most likely only)temporary worsening.

cetaphil's r the best moisturizers. your mom may think they're kind of expensive but since they're so big, they last forever even if u use the lotion as a regular lotion. the green aveno wasn't bad when i was in highschool (really the whole green aveno set wasn't bad).

try creams with 2.5% bp or persagel but apply it very thinly. proactiv didn't work for me but it does for tiffanyd. if u want to use a wash cloth, use a wash cloth. it's probably better even than a clarisonic (but i love mine)
