How long it took to realize the majority of Japaneses don't like foreigners at all? Yup when the honeymoon phase fades, you see things a lot clearly.

It's not really Engrish. "Sexe masculin" is perfect French for "male gender", although on a bathroom sign, we would rather use "hommes". Anyway, I guess that only "man" was supposed to be in English.
