@slartibartfats yep. i stay away from cereals except the whole-grain ones with the good fats and low in suger and sodium. i eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday with soy milk and i add blueberries and cinnamon to give it flavor.-> i'm all about OPTIMAL HEALTH.
