  • basically sound food advice but be careful about cereals as many brands contain excess salt and added sugars

  • @Miikoong904 even if you don't like it it's still worth it. we all should be wanting to extend our lives.

  • @slartibartfats yep. i stay away from cereals except the whole-grain ones with the good fats and low in suger and sodium. i eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday with soy milk and i add blueberries and cinnamon to give it flavor.-> i'm all about OPTIMAL HEALTH.

  • 2:41 ...study suggest the more whole grains you eat, the lower your odds of death by 15%. I thought the odds of death is always 100% lol
