2. Beyond The Lost Horizon

Beyond the lost horizon responds to the sounds
around us and the envornment we're in. Rather
rather than employing sound as an end itself or
employing sound as means of personal expression,
the performers individually explore the physical
qualities of sound itself Using recording of
environmental sounds found in south east London,
sounding the space and listening in to the microscopic
detail of sound we show you music and dance as
ongoing activity - open rather than closed - revealing
the process - preparation, listening and responding
through sound and movement.

Sound: Exquisite Corpse
Movement: Mari Frogner
Musicians: David Arrowsmith
Paul Newland
Dancers: Mari Frogner
Judith Mandel
Kayleigh Ridgewell
Martina Vojtkova
