  • Big mouth Punk...he probably had stupid parents to act like that!

  • This kid is high. It is reasonable to suspect the kid was using drugs in that remote spot. The cop had probable cause to check him out. When you go on the offensive the way this kid did, it sets off a red flag to a trained police officer - it means the suspect has something to hide.

  • A murderer is a murderer. Taking the life of someone because you were frustrated about some harassment is MURDER. This boy is Columbine in a lessor form. Just be glad he wasn't upset with his teachers authority over him. After reading articles about his confrontations with Officer McKay and watching all the vids , there is no reason for his actions, other than childish rage. Some people just can't handle that someone besides themselves aren't in charge.

  • So Off. McKay died? HOw did he die?

  • See, now you are taking the law out of context...you ought to get yourself the Oxford Companion to the Supreme Court. There has to be over 15 cases on Articulable Suspicion Doctrine...I found it most helpful when I was in Law School...more foolishness, I am really enjoying myself.

  • The cop just wanted to know who he was and what he was doing there. If he wouldve just complied he wouldve been fine. Liko should get the death penalty for being that stupid...

  • Not exactly... A detainment of this kind can only be executed after some articulable suspicious activity is observed. Parking in a public place, without more, simply does not qualify as "suspicious." The constitution was designed to protect citizens from exactly this kind of unwarranted intrusion by law enforcement. I'll grant you Liko's attitude wasn't fabulous, but his instinct was correct in that there was no reason he should have been detained.

  • liko deserved what he got.i would of shot him after the first few minutes of his bad behaiviour

  • Because as the law states if you are the operator of a motor vehicle you must produce a valid drivers license. It does not matter if Officer Mckay knew him or not. He was doing his job and he did it well I am proud to say.

Officer Mckay I salut you sir. RIP
